A detailed site specific Flood Risk Assessment (FRA), fully compliant with the requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), National Planning Policy Guidance (NPPG) and CIRIA guidance. 

 

A quantitative analysis of all forms of flooding to and from the development to ensure no objections are raised by the Environment Agency, the Lead Local Flood Authority or Local Authority Land Drainage Engineers.

 

Where there are identified impacts we will formulate appropriate mitigation measures to ensure your development is safe without exacerbating flood risk locally. 

 

Where needed, flood model levels are obtained from the Environment Agency and assessed against site topographical data to accurately delineate flood risk zones. 

 

We will complete the 'Exception Test' where required by the NPPF and NPPG for more vulnerable development uses.
